Estate and Trust Support
Legacy-AI Consulting LLC provides estate-planning education, information organization, administrative support, and coordination with licensed professionals. Document preparation is offered only where legally permitted and as specifically defined in the client’s engagement agreement. Support may also include goal clarification, inventories, records organization, execution and notarization checklists, and trust-funding information organization. Documents are not represented as attorney-reviewed unless a licensed attorney separately reviews them. A notary verifies identity and signatures and performs the notarial act shown in the certificate; notarization alone does not determine legal sufficiency, guarantee enforceability, or transfer assets into a trust. Clients remain responsible for accurate instructions, legally sufficient execution, asset transfers, and obtaining advice from appropriately licensed professionals when needed.
Business Formation Support
Business formation support may include administrative preparation, information organization, workflow guidance, and filing coordination within the written engagement. Selecting an entity can have legal and tax consequences. Clients should consult licensed legal and tax professionals before relying on a structure decision. Government fees, licenses, registered-agent costs, and third-party charges are not included unless stated in writing.
Technology and AI
Technology and AI-assisted outputs can contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Human review is required before content is used for important business, ministry, financial, estate, or legal decisions. No technology service can guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, security, funding, revenue, savings, compliance, or a particular outcome.

Written Scope Controls
The signed engagement or service agreement controls the scope of any paid work. When a matter requires licensed professional judgment, we may pause or limit work and recommend that the client obtain the appropriate professional assistance.
