Human-Controlled Use of AI
AI may support research, workflow design, information organization, drafting assistance, quality checks, and training. A person reviews work before it is relied upon or delivered. AI does not independently provide legal advice, choose a legal strategy, approve professional conclusions, or authorize a legal instrument.
Information We Do Not Request in Public Forms
- Passwords, authentication codes, or security answers.
- Full Social Security or tax-identification numbers.
- Complete bank, investment, retirement, or insurance account numbers.
- Medical records, access credentials, or confidential source documents.
- Information unrelated to the stated inquiry or engagement.
Public Forms and Authenticated Portals
Public questionnaires are preliminary and are processed by our form-delivery provider for email delivery. Detailed readiness information belongs in an authenticated portal when portal access is available. Portal authentication is provided by ChatGPT; Legacy-AI does not receive your password or one-time authentication code.
- Portal records are associated with the verified account email.
- Server-side ownership checks limit ordinary clients to their own records.
- Administrative or professional-review access is separately authorized and recorded.
- Downloads containing client information use private, no-store response controls where implemented.
Storage, Processing, and Service Providers
Information may be processed by providers supporting website hosting, authentication, forms, scheduling, payments, and service delivery. Each provider processes information for its assigned function and under its own applicable terms and privacy practices. Legacy-AI limits collection to information reasonably needed for the requested workflow.
Retention, Correction, and Deletion
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for inquiries, active services, client support, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Legacy-AI. We verify identity before acting and may retain information that must be preserved under an agreement, legal obligation, security requirement, or documented business-record need.
Privacy-Conscious Measurement
The website may count a limited set of service-interest actions—such as consultation, guide, portal, and trainer selections—to understand which pathways are useful. These measurements are designed as daily aggregate counts and are not intended to store questionnaire answers, names, email addresses, client-record identifiers, full URLs, or advertising profiles.
Client and Professional Responsibilities
- Do not place confidential or privileged information into an AI tool unless its use has been approved for that engagement.
- Verify factual statements, sources, calculations, citations, and professional conclusions.
- Use licensed legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional review when required.
- Report an information concern promptly so access, correction, retention, or incident-response steps can be evaluated.
