What to know before you begin
For fixed-fee estate planning and incorporation engagements, the consultation fee is credited toward the service fee when services are retained. The signed engagement confirms scope, payment schedule, and included work. À la carte consultation credits, if any, must be confirmed in writing.
We provide education, administrative preparation, and coordination with qualified professionals. We do not provide legal or tax advice. State-specific screening, attorney authorization, and document-release controls remain applicable.
