Secure Client Access

Know what happens before you sign in.

Legacy-AI client portals are authenticated workspaces for organizing requested readiness information, saving progress, and preparing factual summaries for review. They are separate from the public inquiry forms.

01

Technology-provider authentication

When you continue, ChatGPT provides the sign-in and returns a verified account identity to the portal. Legacy-AI does not receive or store your ChatGPT password, authentication code, or passkey.

02

Client-owned records

Portal records are associated with the verified email address used at sign-in. Server-side ownership checks limit ordinary client access to records belonging to that account.

03

Purpose-limited information

Provide only the information requested for readiness and administrative review. Never enter passwords, full Social Security numbers, full account numbers, access codes, medical records, or unnecessary confidential documents.

04

Storage and deletion requests

Saved information is processed by Legacy-AI and its website and authentication providers for portal operation and service delivery. You may request correction or deletion, subject to identity verification, active engagements, legal obligations, and required business records.
